Connecting Computer to TV Without A Converter

Okay I’m back with more information on information on connecting computers to TV’s so you can watch live TV on the internet.  Today, I thought I’d talk about some of the benefits of hooking your PC to a TV.  Aside from being able save a lot of money on the cost of monthly cable, where the price of cable seems to be rising constantly, I have found that the number of channels that I get with TV on my PC is actually far more than what I was paying when I had a premium cable subscription.

I mean I am completely shocked and had I known about this new simple technology, I would have switched over to internet television much sooner.  Today I discovered something…that live TV on the internet in many ways is better than a standard cable service.

It seems you get far greater selections to watch and you are not really subject to standard viewing times imposed on your by cable companies.  I know it sounds like a rant , but believe me, this is the best alternative.  It’s wonderful that a company found a way to legally tap into the national television programming to give people more choices besides paying for expensive satellite TV or cable.

This type of service is much needed for people on a small budget living in apartments or dorms, and families that have had to slash their entertainment budget.  Seriously, all you need is an internet connection and a half decent monitor and you are in PC to TV heaven.  This is really the best of the online world of entertainment and rightly affordable.  If you want to watch TV on your PC or laptop, there is no better time than now to jump on the bandwagon.  You may never opt for standard cable again.
